Nicole Williams
Sustainable Impact Alliance Trustee, Chairperson and Counsel, Head of Impact Investment Products, Ashurst LLP

I have over 15 years' experience as a senior lawyer specialising in funds and structured finance, including in-house as a Managing Director at a leading US bank and asset manager. More recently, I served as the Global co-head of Diversity and Inclusion at Ashurst LLP. I am currently focused on working on the establishment of the Sustainable Impact Alliance. Throughout my career, I’ve held multiple leadership positions dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion across the legal and financial sectors.

Piers Warburton
Sustainable Impact Alliance Trustee and Global Head of Investment Funds, Ashurst LLP

I am a partner at Ashurst LLP with over 20 years' experience advising fund managers, investors and others on a wide range of investment fund transactions. I bring a wealth of technical and commercial experience relevant to the establishment and operation of investment funds, as well as many contacts in the funds sector. I also have first-hand experience of establishing and running a start-up, so I understand and have personal experience of the challenges facing early stage companies.

 

Carla Dixon
Sustainable Impact Alliance Trustee and Director, Partnership Tax and Partner Services, Ashurst LLP

I have over 20 years' experience working at Ashurst LLP, most recently leading a team managing global taxes, partner finances and partner services. In my current role at Ashurst LLP, I provide strategic guidance regarding the creation and operation of new entities within the Ashurst Group and I have a wealth of accounting experience essential for a new investing entity. I also have relevant trustee experience having acted as a school governor and having been a treasurer trustee for a scout group.

James Duffield
Sustainable Impact Alliance Trustee and Group Head of Business Development, Aztec Group

I have been working in the private markets space for the last 20 years and I have a wide range of contacts in the industry. I currently head up the London office of the Aztec Group and work to construct and implement a cross-jurisdictional business development strategy for the fund administrator.

Sarah Fuller
Sustainable Impact Alliance Trustee and Associate Director, Corporate Services UK, Aztec Group

I qualified as a chartered accountant in 2011 and have over 10 years of financial services experience across accounting, administration and governance. In my current role at the Aztec Group, I hold a number of board appointments across various corporate vehicles in the private equity and real estate sectors. I also have over 5 years' experience in administering charitable foundations for clients of Aztec Group and I volunteer for various charitable initiatives through Aztec and in my spare time.
